Gary and Sherri Johnson founded Bear Staffing in 2005. Prior to founding Bear Staffing, Sherri served in executive management roles for companies such as Commerce Bank (in the Loss Prevention department), Advanta National Bank (in the Business Card Call Center division) and JCPenney. Since co-founding Bear Staffing, Sherri has maintained a hands-on approach to service delivery. She is accessible to both clients and employees, while guiding and directing Bear’s recruiting and fulfillment function. During his 20-plus years in the staffing solutions industry, Gary has led successful startup, turnaround and expansion efforts on both a national and regional scale. Frequently described as an action-oriented problem solver, Gary is able to break down issues into processes that can be repeated, measured and improved.
